Types of ASRS Products
Horizontal Carousels – Equipped with suspended motorized shelves that rotate horizontally on an oval track. These carousels can accommodate one or multiple pickers and integrate with current warehouse management software.
Kardex Remstar Shuttles – A vertical shuttle is a fully enclosed storage system operating on a vertical track. Shuttle option models differ in size, storage capacity, speed, and the types of items they can handle.
Mini-Load ASRS – The Mini-Load product stores items in totes in a high-density rack structure. With a vertical design, you can use the full height of your warehouse to maximize storage capacity.
Pallet Shuttle – A space-saving system that stores pallets in a vertical, compact design. This storage solution simplifies the pallet storage and retrieval process with its automatic height sensor that determines the ideal storage location for each tray.
Vertical Carousel Storage System – This vertical carousel utilizes overhead vertical space and rotating storage bins to create a picking and inventory management system for small parts.
Vertical Lift Modules – A fully enclosed, space-efficient system that maximizes overhead ceiling height and provides quick, effortless access to stored parts. A vertical lift module features changing tray heights to accommodate different-sized inventory.
