Freestanding Mezzanine Platforms
The most common type is a mezzanine platform, also called a freestanding mezzanine or structural mezzanine. These industrial work platforms function like an additional story, consisting of a platform supported by columns and beams. Mezzanine platforms come with stairs, handrails, and other safety features. Warehouse mezzanine systems are used for work platforms, parts storage, office space, or additional production areas.
